Four presets, three backgrounds, and sliders for bubble count, speed and size. Drawn on an HTML5 canvas, nothing to install.Choose Classic, Many, Calm or Light, or press 1 to 4. A preset sets the count, speed, size and background in one go.
Switch between Black, a teal-blue Desktop gradient and a soft Light background.
Set Count from 3 to 60, Speed from 1 to 10 and Size from 20 to 160; each bubble gets a random size around that value.
Leave Iridescent tint on for bubbles in eight soft colours, or turn it off for uniformly pale blue glass.
Press Enter Fullscreen, click the animation or press F. Space pauses, R resets, and Esc or the Exit Fullscreen button leaves.

What is the Bubbles screensaver?
Bubbles is one of the screensavers Microsoft introduced with Windows Vista and kept in Windows 7. Large translucent, iridescent bubbles float around the screen, on top of your desktop or over black, catching the light as they drift. This page recreates that look in your browser on an HTML5 canvas, with adjustable bubble count, speed, size and background.
Is this the real Windows 7 Bubbles screensaver?
No. It is an original browser recreation inspired by the Windows Bubbles screensaver: glassy bubbles with a highlight, a sparkle and a coloured rim. It is not affiliated with Microsoft. The bubbles bounce off the edges of the screen but pass through each other, and the Desktop background is a gradient, not your actual desktop. It runs entirely in your browser, so you can use it on any current device without the old software.
How do I run this fullscreen as a screensaver?
Click the animation, press Enter Fullscreen in the sidebar or press F. The bubbles are redrawn to fill the whole screen. Move the mouse to show the Exit Fullscreen button, which hides again after 2.5 seconds, or press Esc. Where a browser blocks the fullscreen API, the bubbles fill the browser window instead. The page does not keep the display awake, so set your screen’s sleep timer to Never if it should keep running.
Do I need to download or install anything?
No. This Bubbles screensaver runs entirely in your browser using HTML5 Canvas. There is nothing to download or install. It works on any modern browser on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android.
Can I change the bubbles and background?
