Guide — your flag, fullscreen, in five steps
Waving flags on an HTML5 canvas; nothing to install.
Choose from 28 nations in Your Team, or press 1–8 for the quick picks.
Single flag, Duel for the two teams playing, or a Wall of flags — S cycles them.
Set both nations, the score and the minute, or try the optional live-score feed.
Press F or the button; Space pauses, Esc exits.
Press G for a confetti burst in your team’s colours when they score.

The World Cup flag screensaver, explained
The World Cup screensaver turns any screen into a waving national flag. Pick the country you support and its flag ripples across the display with confetti in the team’s colours — for a match night, a sports bar TV, an office screen or a kid’s bedroom. It runs in your browser on an HTML5 canvas, so there is nothing to download.
Which countries are included?
28 nations are built in: Belgium, Brazil, Argentina, France, England, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Italy, Croatia, the USA, Mexico, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Morocco, Senegal, Ghana, Nigeria, Uruguay, Colombia, Ecuador, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Poland and Serbia. Each flag is drawn with its own colours and layout and animated with a cloth-like wave.
The scoreboard and live scores
Turn on Show scoreboard to pin the match on screen with both flags, the score and the minute. You can set it by hand at any time. The optional Live scores toggle looks up today’s matches in TheSportsDB’s free public feed; when that feed has no data or cannot be reached, the scoreboard simply stays in manual mode. Your team and settings are saved in your browser.
The 2026 World Cup
The 2026 tournament was the first with 48 teams and the first hosted by three countries — the United States, Canada and Mexico. It ended on 19 July 2026, when Spain beat Argentina 1–0 after extra time to win their second World Cup. The screensaver works for any match, tournament or national day, not just this one.
Running it as a screensaver
Open the page on the screen you want, pick a scene and press F. It works in any current browser on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android. A web page cannot register as your operating system’s screensaver, so full screen is the way to use it.
