Switch the retro text between Green and Amber, and turn the CATS portrait and the scrolling Starfield on or off.
Drag Speed from 1 to 10: the dialogue types out at roughly 23 to 86 characters per second, and each line holds a moment before the next.
Press Enter Fullscreen, click the cutscene or press F. Move the mouse to show Exit Fullscreen, or press Esc.
Space pauses and resumes, Replay from start restarts the scene, and with Loop forever off it plays once and stops. R resets everything.

What is "All Your Base Are Belong To Us"?
It is one of the earliest internet memes. The line comes from the intro of Zero Wing, a shoot-'em-up by Toaplan: the 1989 arcade game was ported to the Sega Mega Drive, and the European release of that port opened with a cutscene in famously broken English. The villain CATS announces “All your base are belong to us”, and around 2000–2001 the phrase spread through forums, edited images and a widely shared Flash video.
Is this the real Zero Wing intro?
No. It is a fan tribute built from scratch in HTML and JavaScript: the dialogue follows the original English script, while the CATS portrait, the title card and the starfield are redrawn. It is not the original game or ROM, and it runs entirely in your browser with nothing to download.
How do I make it fullscreen?
Click the cutscene, press Enter Fullscreen or press F. The intro fills the whole display. Move the mouse to show the Exit Fullscreen button, or press Esc or F to leave. Where a browser blocks the fullscreen API, the cutscene fills the browser window instead.
Does it loop forever?
Yes, with Loop forever on (the default) the selected scene starts again about a second and a half after its last line. In Full Intro that means from “In A.D. 2101, war was beginning” through “For great justice”, over and over. Turn looping off and the scene plays once and stops; Replay from start runs it again.
Can I change the speed and look?
Yes. Pick one of four scenes, switch between green and amber retro text, turn the CATS portrait and the starfield on or off, and set the typing Speed from 1 to 10. Choosing a scene preset resets these options to that preset’s values.
