What is Thanksgiving?
Thanksgiving is a holiday in the United States and Canada when families gather to give thanks, traditionally with turkey, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie. In the US it falls on the fourth Thursday of November (November 26 in 2026), in Canada on the second Monday of October. Keep in mind that US colleagues are often less available that week.
