# Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add photos to the collage?

Click the upload zone or drag and drop image files onto it. Photos appear in the strip below. Then drag them from the strip into any collage cell, or click a cell first and then click a photo in the strip.

Can I rearrange photos between cells?

Yes. Drag a photo from the strip into any cell, or drag directly between cells in the collage to swap images.

How do I zoom or pan a photo inside a cell?

Click a cell to select it (green border). Use the +/- buttons that appear, or scroll your mouse wheel over the cell. Click and drag the image inside the cell to reposition it.

Can I resize individual cells?

Yes. Hover between cells to reveal resize dividers. Drag the dividers to adjust the proportions of rows and columns.

What is Freeform mode?

Freeform mode lets you place photos anywhere on the canvas with free positioning. Photos can overlap. Drag photos from the strip onto the canvas, then move and resize them freely. Use the layer controls to bring photos to front or send to back.

How do I rotate, add borders, or adjust opacity?

Select a photo (click on it) and the Photo Properties panel appears above the canvas. Use the rotation slider (-45 to +45 degrees), border width/color controls, shadow toggle, and opacity slider to style each photo individually.

How do I resize photos in Freeform mode?

Select a freeform photo and drag the green corner handles to resize it. Hold the corner and drag to make it larger or smaller.

What export formats are supported?

PNG (lossless, larger file size) and JPEG (lossy, smaller file, adjustable quality slider). The export renders at the full canvas resolution regardless of screen display size.

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything runs 100% in your browser. Your photos never leave your device. No server, no tracking, no cookies.

What canvas size presets are available?

Instagram Square (1080x1080), Instagram Story (1080x1920), Facebook (1200x630), Twitter (1200x675), and Custom (enter any dimensions).
